We roast, package, and ship premium coffee and related products for purchase or subscription within the United States.

  • Subscription renewals occur automatically based on the plan you choose (e.g., monthly or quarterly, etc.).

  • You can modify or cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings before your next billing cycle.

Prices and product availability may change without notice.

3. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Shopify securely processes all payments on our behalf; Java Journée never stores payment details.

If we suspect fraud or unauthorized transactions, we may cancel an order and notify you.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days and shipped within the United States only. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
