1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States.
2. Processing Time
Orders are roasted, packed, and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Subscription boxes are shipped on a recurring schedule based on your plan.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.
4. Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If your package is lost, contact info@javajournee.com and we’ll help you file a claim or arrange a replacement if possible.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
