At Java Journée, we want you to love every cup. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.
1. Coffee & Perishable Items
Because coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.
However, if your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@javajournee.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.
2. Merchandise & Accessories
Unused, unopened merchandise (like mugs or apparel) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription any time before the next renewal date through your Java Journée account. Cancellations after billing will apply to the next cycle.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
