Java Journée Subscription Policy

Thank you for choosing Java Journée for your coffee subscription! This Subscription Policy (“Policy”) explains how our recurring billing, order renewals, and cancellations work. Please read carefully before subscribing.

1. Overview of Subscription Service

When you subscribe to Java Journée, you agree to receive recurring shipments of our coffee according to the plan you select — such as Classic VoyagerIndulgent Explorer, or Connoisseur Reserve.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the chosen frequency (e.g., monthly or quarterly) until canceled or modified by you.

2. Billing & Payment

  • All subscription payments are processed securely through Shopify PaymentsStripe, or PayPal.
  • Your default payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each renewal cycle.
  • You will receive an email confirmation and receipt each time your subscription renews.
  • If payment fails, we’ll notify you by email so you can update your payment method. Orders will not ship until successful payment is received.

3. Subscription Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew based on your selected plan unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You can view your next billing date anytime by logging into your Java Journée account.

4. Modifying Your Subscription

You can change your:

  • Coffee plan or flavor selection
  • Shipping frequency
  • Delivery address or payment method

To make updates, log in to your Java Journée account or contact us at info@javajournee.com at least 3 business days before your next scheduled renewal.

5. Pausing or Canceling Your Subscription

You may pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing info@javajournee.com.

To avoid being charged for your next cycle, cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date.  Once an order has been billed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded (see our Refund Policy for details).

6. Failed Deliveries or Returns

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can reship it at your expense or apply a store credit minus shipping costs.

7. Price Changes

We may update prices or subscription tiers periodically. You’ll be notified in advance via email before any change affects your active subscription.

8. Promotions & Discounts

Discount codes or promotional offers apply only to the initial subscription term unless otherwise stated. Standard pricing resumes at renewal.

9. Termination by Java Journée

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a subscription at our discretion (for example, in cases of non-payment, suspected fraud, or product unavailability).
