How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, choose your coffee or subscription tier (Classic Voyager, Indulgent Explorer, or Connoisseur Reserve), and check out securely on our website.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Will I get a confirmation email?
Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation email right after you order — and another when your coffee ships.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are roasted, packed, and shipped within 3–5 business days. Shipping time varies by location but typically takes 2–7 days once shipped.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. You can also log in to your account anytime to check order status.
How does the subscription work?
You pick your favorite coffee plan, choose your frequency (like monthly or quarterly), and we handle the rest. Fresh coffee delivered automatically — no need to reorder.
Can I change my plan, flavor, or delivery schedule?
Absolutely! Log into your Java Journée account to update your subscription details anytime.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
You can pause or cancel any time before your next billing date. If you need help, email us at info@javajournee.com— we’ll take care of it for you.
What if I don’t like my coffee?
We want every cup to delight you! Since coffee is perishable, we can’t accept returns once shipped, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Can I return merchandise like mugs or apparel?
Yes — unused, unopened merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes — your information is protected by SSL encryption and secure payment processing through Shopify. We never sell or share your personal data.
Can I send Java Journée as a gift?
Of course! Simply enter your recipient’s address at checkout. You can even include a personalized note.
